Welcome to IC Med Spa, doing business as IC MED SPA INCORPORATED (“IC Med Spa,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of https://ic-medspa.com, our appointment-request features, our services, and communications from IC Med Spa.
1. Services and Medical Disclaimer
IC Med Spa provides aesthetic, wellness, and medical spa services. Website and message content is for general informational purposes and does not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Treatment eligibility, recommendations, risks, expected results, and pricing are determined through an individual consultation and treatment plan. Individual results may vary. If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or seek emergency medical care.
2. Appointments and Cancellations
Appointments are subject to availability. You are responsible for providing accurate contact information when making a request or booking an appointment. Cancellation, rescheduling, deposit, late-arrival, and no-show policies may apply and will be communicated during the booking process or as otherwise appropriate.
3. SMS/Text Messaging Program
Program description. IC Med Spa sends text messages to individuals who have actively opted in through our website forms or another approved opt-in method. Messages may include appointment confirmations and reminders, scheduling and rescheduling information, responses to inquiries, service-related updates, follow-up communications, and, where you have consented, promotional offers and special offers.
Consent. SMS consent is optional. By checking the optional SMS-consent box and submitting your information, you expressly agree to receive the message types described on that form from IC Med Spa at the mobile number provided. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services. Providing your telephone number without checking the SMS-consent box does not constitute consent to marketing messages.
Message frequency and charges. Message frequency varies based on your appointments, requests, and preferences. Message and data rates may apply.
Opt out. You may cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. After you reply STOP, we will send one confirmation message and you will no longer receive text messages from that program unless you opt in again.

Carrier disclaimer. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old to use the SMS program or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian.

You agree not to misuse our website, interfere with its operation or security, access systems or data without authorization, submit false or misleading information, or use the website for unlawful purposes. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue portions of the website at any time.
5. Communications and Privacy
If you provide email or other contact information, we may use it to respond to inquiries, provide appointment-related information, deliver requested services, and send communications where you have provided appropriate consent. You may unsubscribe from promotional emails using the instructions in those emails.
Your use of our website and services is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, protect, and disclose personal information. We do not sell or share mobile phone information or SMS-consent information with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
6. Third-Party Services
Our website may use or link to third-party services for appointment scheduling, communications, analytics, payment processing, or other functions. Those third parties may have separate terms and privacy policies. IC Med Spa is not responsible for third-party websites or services outside our control.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, IC Med Spa is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or reliance on general website information. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
